Every coaching journey is personal. Rather than following a standard approach, I work with what is present and tailor each session to your needs.
Alongside reflective conversation, I use body-oriented methods such as Brainspotting and bilateral stimulation to support lasting change.

Conflict within families or between partners can feel overwhelming, especially when communication has broken down.
As a certified family mediator, I provide a safe and neutral environment where everyone has the opportunity to be heard.
Together, we work towards respectful communication, mutual understanding and practical agreements that support the needs of everyone involved.
Whether you are facing separation, parenting challenges, family conflict or rebuilding communication, mediation helps create clarity and sustainable solutions.
Coaching or Family Mediation?
Although both focus on growth and change, coaching and mediation have different purposes.
Coaching focuses on your personal development. We explore patterns, emotions and beliefs, helping you gain insight and move forward in a way that fits you.
Family mediation focuses on communication between two or more people. As a neutral mediator, I guide the conversation, creating a safe environment where constructive dialogue and workable agreements can emerge.
The responsibility for the decisions always remains with you.
