Immediate Support

Immediate Support During Difficult Times
Sometimes you simply need someone now.
There are moments when waiting is not an option.
An unexpected event, overwhelming emotions or a difficult life situation can leave you feeling lost, exhausted or unable to cope.
During those moments, I offer short-term support in a safe and confidential environment where you can pause, breathe and regain your footing.
What makes this support different?
Sometimes people don't need immediate solutions.
They need someone who truly listens.
With many years of experience in victim support, youth care, counselling and body-oriented coaching, I offer more than a listening ear.
Together we create space to understand what is happening, regulate overwhelming emotions and find clarity for the next step.
My approach
Sessions may include:
• Reflective conversation
• Psychoeducation to help you understand what is happening in your mind and body
• Emotional regulation techniques
• Grounding and stabilisation
• Exploring your needs and possible next steps
• Referral when additional support is appropriate
Every session is tailored to your individual situation.
You may recognise yourself in this
- A relationship has unexpectedly ended.

- You have received difficult medical news.
- You have lost your job.
- You have experienced an accident or traumatic event.
- Life simply feels overwhelming.
If you feel that you can't carry everything on your own right now, you are welcome.
