Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Stress, burnout, grief, trauma, major life transitions, emotional challenges, or simply the feeling of being disconnected from yourself can affect every aspect of daily life.

At Mani-Pura, I believe that meaningful and lasting change happens when thinking, feeling and the body are brought back into connection. Insight alone is often not enough. Our thoughts, emotions, body and nervous system are deeply interconnected. When we learn to listen to all of them, space is created for resilience, balance, self-awareness and meaningful growth.

I offer online sessions in English for people around the world who are seeking support, guidance and a deeper connection with themselves.

My approach combines conversation with body-oriented and nervous system-informed work. Together, we explore not only your story and experiences, but also what is happening beneath the words: emotions, bodily sensations, patterns and nervous system responses that influence how you experience life.

Whether you are dealing with stress, burnout, grief, trauma, emotional overwhelm, life transitions or personal growth, our work together is tailored to your unique needs.

Depending on your situation, sessions may include:

  • Reflective conversation and counselling

  • Body awareness and grounding

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Resilience-building practices

  • Brainspotting-informed work

  • Trauma-sensitive approaches

  • Gentle somatic and experiential exercises

Each session takes place in a safe, respectful and compassionate environment.

Throughout my life, I have been fascinated by people, cultures and the richness of human experience.

I love travelling, discovering different parts of the world and learning from people with diverse backgrounds, stories and perspectives. While every culture is unique, I am continually touched by how much we share as human beings: the need for connection, belonging, meaning, resilience and understanding.

Offering online sessions in English feels like a natural extension of both my personal and professional journey.

As a coach and counsellor with more than fifteen years of experience, I value the opportunity to support people beyond geographical borders. I have always been curious about the human mind, the human heart and the stories that connect us across cultures.

For me, these sessions are more than online conversations. They are meaningful encounters between people, each bringing their own experiences, strengths, challenges and wisdom.

I believe that genuine connection can transcend distance. Whether you live in Europe, Asia, North America or elsewhere in the world, you are welcome exactly as you are.

Online session via Zoom

  • Duration: 50 minutes

  • Fee: €70 per session

  • Secure online payment via Mollie before the session

  • Sessions available worldwide in English

Dutch-speaking Clients

Sessions are also available in Dutch for clients in Belgium, the Netherlands and across Europe.
