Hospitality & Experience Studio
Hospitality from the inside out
Born from my work and my heart at Mani Pura.
How it all began
It started with people searching for peace, space and a place where they could truly pause.
Over the years at Mani Pura, I have supported countless people who longed for exactly that: a place where they could simply arrive, breathe and feel at ease.
Again and again I noticed the same thing.
The way a space feels shapes the way people feel.
Not as a detail—but as a foundation.
Perhaps it comes from my years in hospitality, where I learned that true hospitality begins long before someone is greeted.
It lives in the details:
the lighting,
a comfortable chair,
natural materials,
warm colours,
and even a cup of tea arriving at exactly the right moment.
When I consciously transformed my own practice using warm tones, terracotta, wood and soft textures, people immediately noticed.
They would often say:
"It feels so peaceful here. I can finally breathe."
That was the moment something new was born.
Hospitality & Experience Studio
Hospitality & Experience Studio helps entrepreneurs create spaces, experiences and hospitality that people genuinely feel—even before a single word is spoken.
I work from the SENSA Experience Model, a framework that reveals what happens beneath the surface:
within spaces,
within teams,
and within the interactions between people.
Everything someone sees, feels and experiences the moment they enter matters.
Atmosphere.
Interior design.
Small gestures of hospitality.
Guests often notice these things without being able to explain why.
But I never look at furniture alone.
I look at what the environment communicates.
Because a beautiful space that doesn't support the experience never truly works.
For those who understand that spaces influence people
Hospitality isn't decoration.
It isn't styling.
It is the invisible layer that determines how people feel.
Hospitality & Experience Studio and Mani Pura are two different practices, yet they share the same foundation.
In Mani Pura I work with people.
In Hospitality & Experience Studio I work with the environment surrounding those people.
The question is always the same:
What does someone need to truly feel at home here?
As I often say:
"When people feel comfortable in a space—whether during therapy, coaching or while visiting a business—they naturally become more open. That is no coincidence. It is the result of intentional design."
Hospitality begins before someone walks through the door.
